Mr. Sudharsan started his career as a salesperson and worked his way up to become the Managing Director of Thinksemi Infotech Limited. His knowledge and passion for electronics have helped him to understand the market and the needs of his customers, which has been critical to the success of the company. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Sudharsan believes that starting small and building from the ground up is the best way to succeed. He understands the importance of giving 100% effort, understanding clients’ issues, and providing the right solutions. He believes that continuous learning and upgrading of knowledge are essential for success in any field. Since the inception of Thinksemi Infotech Limited in 2016, Mr. Sudharsan has been focused on delivering excellent quality products and fulfilling clients’ expectations. He has personally established a Quality Management System to ensure the best product quality, and he takes pride in the company’s ability to exceed customer expectations.

Janani K is the Whole Time Director of Thinksemi Infotech Ltd. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, which has provided her with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Janani began her professional journey with Thinksemi as an HR Executive, where she contributed to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Her initiatives improved employee retention, enhanced productivity, and aligned HR practices with the company’s business vision, supporting consistent growth. Recognized for her leadership qualities and commitment, she was promoted to the role of Whole Time Director. In this position, she now oversees operations, drives strategic initiatives, and leads cross-functional teams toward operational excellence. She emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and integrity in the workplace while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. With her balanced expertise in technology and management, Janani adds significant value to the organization. Under her leadership, Thinksemi continues to embrace challenges with confidence and remains focused on sustainable growth and long-term success.

Experienced in leading Commercial Banking, MSME lending, Co-lending, and Transactional Banking verticals, with a proven track record of driving growth, turning around underperforming branches, and improving asset quality. Skilled in credit underwriting, risk management, NPA resolution, and value chain optimization, along with expertise in Transaction Banking services such as Cash Management, Supply Chain Finance, eDFS, Factoring, and TReDS. Adept at leading high-performing teams, building client relationships, and executing strategic business plans. Holds an MBA in Banking and Finance (Alagappa University), M.Com (Bharathidasan University), and B.Com (Madras University). He has demonstrated strong expertise in finance, commercial management, operations, and sales support. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles overseeing financial management, sales operations, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain activities at reputed organizations such as Taiyo Feed Mill Pvt Ltd, Nippon Paint (India) Pvt Ltd, Bajaj Electricals Ltd, and S & S Industries and Enterprises Ltd. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from National College, Trichy (1984), he has consistently contributed to improving business efficiency, governance, and profitability through strategic operational and financial oversight.

A result-oriented finance and accounts professional with nearly 11 years of experience in auditing, taxation, and company and allied laws. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com, 2018) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com, 2008) from S.V. University, Tirupati. He possesses extensive expertise in accounting operations, statutory and internal audits, GST & TDS compliance, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and process improvement. Currently practicing independently through A. Narayana & Co., he provides comprehensive financial, audit, and advisory services to a wide range of clients, contributing to improved governance, compliance, and business decision-making. His hands-on experience spans internal control, quality assurance, system implementation, credit analysis, cost control, and financial statement analysis, making him a versatile and strategic finance professional.
